VPS in one country but the IP from another country ?

Hi, I wanted to know, if I can have a VPS in one country ( NL as ex. ) and the IP from another country ( FR as ex. )

I tried to find info. on this matter but nothing worth mentioning found.

So maybe you guys can help me with some info.

So if it's possible in any case it's not simple.

I figure with so many hosting services here on wjunction, one at least would have this option, but no.

its simple, that is called as reverse proxy.

Main server => in Netherland ip
Reverse proxy server => any country you want, that choosed country.


as reverse proxy server ip is able to find by users, but main server ip is hided
most of the guys use russia/sweden as reverse proxy as dmca ignored.

reason is if your host banned you means (reverse proxy), you can just buy new vps/server and then just change dns ip in domain registrar, and point it to main server ip..

no need of changing your content or main server data, that is safe..


Users <==> Reverse proxy server (nothing in this server) <==> Main server contain your data

second option is BGP, only few hosts support it, they need both country ip, they can easily change server ip in their control panel too.

Third option, use cloudflare.

cloudflare give you NS like john.cloduflare.com so you can't tell it what IP to use.

whyn't you can ask for quote in hosting section ? because your requirement is solved only by Geo reverse proxy.
