I tried to order a RD a few weeks ago. The order page gave a 404. I emailed them but they never bothered to give me a reply.

Tells me a little about their service.
 
What part of your site are you talking about? I read your whole site. I even registered, received the login and clicked on 'order' but received a 404.

Then I made you aware about the 404 page and asked how I could order. I never received an answer.

FAIL!
 
Sp32 ... Kind of surprises me that after 1,032 posts you still don't get the meaning of the word 'forum'.

And no, I don't own a hosting company. I was a potential customer and gave my head up about my experience.

Furthermore, I can't grasp why you address me and not the others making negative remarks .... get a life! Stop fucking the thread ... if you want to attack me personally, send me a pm.

You are the one "fucking the thread", your actions are what is called Topic hijacking. Stop accusing him of doing it while you are the one doing it. No you have not been a customer of ours. We do not have 404 errors inside the shopping cart as it is just WHMCS.

You should have used our order system at http://customers.profithost.net

Hyperz, it's not drama, Juicy should accept the fact that parts of his website are always down or under maintenance, which might be a sign of bad support of the side of profithost.
If they don't care about their website, how could they have interest for their customers?
