Since we use xen our vps are not oversold the ram you get is wat you get once we apply 1gb of ram to a vps it takes it away from the node so you have no problems with speed as we only fit less then 10 on each node

Good luck with this, but to warn you, you are hosting in the USA which have the most severe copyright laws in the world.
Since you are the owner of the company, not only can you get into trouble, but people can also sue you even if its not your website since you are knowingfully doing this in the united states.

In the USA yes, everything is allowed, until you get 1 DMCA policy, then you have to remove it immediately. So do not say limestone allows things like that because they don't, i have servers with them too. They will make you take it down after 1 DMCA complaint, and if you get more they will either 1 charge you, or 2 ask you to find another company.

As for torrents, if you use private they are most likely allowed anywhere. But if you use open trackers there are possibilities that you can get into trouble.

I host quite a lot of torrents etc, from the servers and we complaints but they never send me them maybe about warez linking etc,
