They'll suspend it , as rapidleech eats CPU , No matter with ram it just eats CPU and loads will be higher always . And also 10-20 users you say private you kidding buddy , its same as public ?

Else your choice , i can just simply recommend you for dedicated .

okay.. any difference between dedicated and vps server?
for example processor..Xeon E3 1240 (3x 3.33GHz). i know many hosting companies..practically does not differ configuration between dedicated and vps.

p.s I don't do advertising.

In vps the CPU is shared among 10 people or more in most of the hosts ... and now you are trying to share that again among 10-20 more ? that will be too heavy .. just do one thing try worldstream for NL and securedserver for USA if you want 1gbps for that budget .. if you want 100mbps go for kimsufi
