Hello,
i'm searching a small VPS.

~10GB Storage
min. 512MB RAM
min. 250GB Traffic @ at least 50Mbits
Locations: see "the Problem"
Payment-Method: PayPal or Payza
Budget: not much more than 30$ a month.

The Problem: it's possible that there will be lolicon-content.
Most laws pohibit such content - so will the hosters.
So I'm free to go everywhere - as long as it has a good connection to USA and EU

I hope that someone has an offer for me

I would recommend you go with the ScopeHosts Russia Location VPS Service . Very affordable service and non-oversold which you often get in WJ oversold services.

You can ask them to add you on 1Gbps network . They can do that for you.

Well we have found a server, but i will hold this in mind, if we'll get abused

Get your server wherever you want to and just use a Reverse Proxy service such as X4B and you're all set.

Thinking that a host can "protect" you is being utterly naive.
Nobody can "protect" you in that sense, you just need to educate yourself on how to bypass/circumvent the more common channels they can attack you from. And fyi, PRQ isn't as "bulletproof" as you may think.

@wedge1001 - will you be hosting the actual manga/doujins/hentai-anime on the VPS or are you just going to open a site that links to it?

i don't want the host to protect me. i'll just need a host, that won't delete the site if there's a DMCA-request coming

what we have now:
we link to OCH witch doujins, hentai-anime, mangas, pictures
what we want to do:
we're about to create a comic-reader for the translated doujins we make.

it's a german site.
i'll add it to my profile

it's not so big, because we lost about 1k Members and lots of clicks on our last "black-out" because of unreliable hosting-providers and a resulting downtime for about 5 Month.
and we're providing niche - more or less

but it happend to often, that someone abused our service and we're done.

using a reverse proxy seems to work?
so i can use e.g. a german hoster & reverse the proxy via ... some other state, right?
i'll check x4b but i'll be happy if you have other posibilities ^^

x4b will probylby (like nearly all hoster= see lolicon as child pornography - so they won't proxy-us
but i'll aks anyway. just to see what they'll say
