for people who are looking for ecatel like mine there setup page is wrong
so what you see on this page http://www.breezehost.net/managedvps.php
you get them bandwidth and space and spec when you order on the unmanaged plan http://www.breezehost.net/unmanagedvps.php which the one im giving is package 1
so if you wanted the 1 package on the managed section goto unmanaged page then order package 1 and you get that setup which happened to me
they said they getting more orders soon 5days maybe more so keep checking
