VPS/Dedi Providers Offering SSD or 15k rpm HDs?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a host other than OVH that offers SSD or 15k rpm HDs for their VPS or Dedis?
Specifically a host also offering 1Gbit or 10Gbit service on those products.

Oh and they should allow a seedbox, for private use only, no public trackers.

Well price of all Hard disks hiked due to Thailand Flood. So even if you find some provider with SAS 15K , dont expect low end plans ( unless they got pretty huge stock of SSD/SAS Disks).
Try to get SAS disks, cause SSD lifespan is short and it will be difficult to see any deal with Raid10 protection and SSD.

It's hard to get SAS drives at the moment. Even if a provider stocked up, they will most likely charge much more, considering they can't order new drives at this time. Even when it's available to order again(Q1 or Q2 next year or so) drive prices will be a higher as well.
