Vps and Site Having Problems

A Random amount of people are unable to access one of my sites during different hours of the day, the site in question is
http://watchfreetvseriesonline.com/

Some people in some countries are able to access it an some are not, i have changed the dns setup as well just to make sure that it was not a dns issue, here is the new ns setup

Using Namecheap DNS server with a Host record pointing to the VPS Ip

I am using lxadmin on centos

Can anyone please help me figure out the problem

yeah thats true meybe they not on the same internet provider
becouse diffrent provider diffrent dns cache value they use or meyb they use public dns like google dns, opendns or etc in to they connection

just be patience if you fill you put your site dns is okey then wait until resolve max 3 day but many people only 1 day or less
 
Have you checked Host-Tracker and Just-Ping results? You should also check resource usage and incoming connections at times they can't access the site. Traceroute would be handy as well.
 
DNS report of your domain looks clean. Its definitely the ISP cache/DNS that is causing the problem, so only thing you can do is to wait for a day or two.
