VPN behind proxy

I tested some free VPNs but the conection with servers never finished successfully. I am behind proxy and my network have many limitations on usable ports and others activities.

There is some free VPN capable of connect with servers with this conditions ? May be with some specific configuration.

Why bother with using a proxy? It gives you no support nor protection.
Just get a paid vpn service, if you don't know any other way, myself, I use noirvpn . com and it does the trick for me.

If you want to go full blast with privacy:
vps>vpn> hq proxy
make sure the proxy isnt used and is fast.
