Other Vpn and rdp

Hello , i'm an uploader who use usually rapidleech. But i decided to change and now i need a rdp. But in the rdp i want to install a deutsch open vpn (or otherwise pptp deutsh vpn) to download deutsch content which we can't donwload without a deutsch ip adress.
