Vortex-VPS Scams (Don't buy from them)

Hello,
I wanted to share my experience with all, I believe that most would be helpful.

I bought a VPS from vortex-vps. After 5 minutes I received via e-mail information for VPS (VPS IP, Login, Root Password, Virtual Panel login etc...) I did absolutely nothing worked on VPS because I thought emigrate my website tomorrow day. I only entered once in the VPS virtual panel, that's all I did.

The next day in the afternoon I went to emigrate my website at vortex-vps. When I entered in vps virtual panel I see the VPS status is Offline. I restarted VPS but status is still been offline and after that I contacted technical support from vortexvps.
Their support has responded after 2 days. The reason why was my VPS offline was a DDoS attack on my VPS. I leave you a picture of what they respond via e-mail.

I got an impossible answer. Who will attack my VPS if I have not used never and nobody knows my VPS data except them and me.
After that, I immediately asked for my money back. I leave a picture of my e-mail.

The answer I got back after two days. They said they do not return the money after 24 hours (Of course when I was waiting on their responses 2 days).
I leave a picture as proof.

After that I have reported on paypal the whole event and I feel the need to share my experience with all of you. In any case, do not buy anything from vortex-vps becouse you can be fooled (tricked) in this way.

Why not just move to another provider if you are not happy, there are a bunch.

However you should take a look at the TOS (terms of service), Most good providers do not provide refunds on dedicated or cloud/vps servers due to the high chance of fraud.

In their TOS nothing written about regarding money. That's their trick games answers to Ticket after 2 days and the money you can ask for under 24 hours of activation.
 
I think they are just waiting for victims who will buy their service.
On another forum I heard that they DDos attack their own VPS to offer DDoS protection which they sell. That means they attack their Clients.

In any case, do not buy anything from vortex-vps or speedyvds they will trick you. For me they are SCAM site that sells VPS.
 
If its in thier TOS you have the right to ask for a refund .Sorry to hear your experience .

Seems like these guys have a history of fraud, Be sure to do your research guys don't just jump at a host take some time to look at their history :) Keep yourself and your money safe.

vortexvps.com support is very slow for responds one ticket need wait 3 days.. Please dont buy from this any producets becase is stupid company .
