Yes I did. I worked after removing "banned country". So we aren't allowed to use banned country?

Both, but it depends on the reputation of the account whether manual checks are necessary (mostly not).

correct, the payout must then be manually confirmed once by us. Otherwise they are always automatic.

Thank you, I have forwarded. Currently it looks like the queue is just too long (18k links). We'll restart a few processes and clean the queue up a bit, maybe it will go faster.
