There have been several of these reports in the last week, but so far we have not been able to pinpoint exactly why this occurred, because after some time everything worked again. We suspect this has to do with some internal network fluctuations. Unfortunately, we lack data for further analyses.

Yes.FTP is work and 5 days not working webupload tested other networks and isps..not working.I think network or other problem.FTP is working and conversion fine.Webupload not working 5 days.Please fixed.Goodwork VOE.
 
Should be fixed, sorry for the late reply. :):poop:

A background process on the servers had caused a higher load and monitoring then sorted them out for new uploads until there were no servers left. Since the background process is active only at certain times, it affected only one part at a time. That's why some had upload problems most recently at certain times, while others continued to run without interruptions.

We are also restarting 3-4 servers at the moment.
 
Voe really needs a pay per month premium account system. So many functions like 1080p encoding, no file expiration time, 0 ads / custom ads etc. are locked for regular users. Sites like Filemoon and Vidguard have those functions for free, but their services are not as stable as Voe who also has the best site and video player on the market.

No, there have been no recent adjustments, if you have noticed a change. The last adjustment was made 3 months ago. I guess a server is a little busy. But that is usually < 5% of the servers.

(We have always lowered the download speed compared to the video playback speed because the area has never been that relevant before).

Did you fill in any fields automatically by your browser in the settings under "PLAYER -> Banned countries" or "GENERAL -> Main traffic country"?
Usually this is the reason if there is any error message displayed.
