So usually it takes some time until users come to the 10$, there 1-2 days extra then also make no difference. The payouts (Perfect Money, Advcash, Payeer, Litecoin) themselves are automatically issued, but are extra frozen for 24 hours after request to be able to intervene in time in case of abuse.

Do you mean the uploads via browser did not work and only a orange error message was displayed? There have been several of these reports in the last week, but so far we have not been able to pinpoint exactly why this occurred, because after some time everything worked again. We suspect this has to do with some internal network fluctuations. Unfortunately, we lack data for further analyses.

Some recent Updates
- A new player has been integrated (Vidstack) which can be activated via the settings. Our current video player plyr.js will no longer be developed as it will be migrated to Vidstack. Vidstack has been integrated and is currently being tested. It also supports Multi Quality (still not activated for all accounts) and will be used as the default player in the long term. All existing functions should also be active there.
- The site has been optimized to run more stable under load.
- The automatic monitoring (health check) has been extended, old servers were removed.
- Upload servers are now selected more randomly to better distribute the incoming load. This increases the upload speed.
- Fixed a bug where files and folders could not be renamed correctly via API.
- The encoding was accelerated by 25-35% because unused resources are also used.
- Fixed a problem with remote uploads and the error code "Not supported (skipped)".
- A function was integrated on request to show only 1 popup per video, but this is only available for very large sites with many small & short videos (adult content only).
- The use of free network capacity under load has been improved.
- The theoretical maximum speed of remote uploads has been increased.
- Fixed a bug that did not display emails correctly.
- Fixed a bug that does not send the registration email/password forgotten.
- Missing FTP access data is displayed in the FTP area.
- Download of different qualities now possible, if available.
- Support Tickets now have line breaks and links are clickable.
- Pagination has been added to the API output of deleted videos, to be able to filter reports better. (see documentation)
- Fixing small bugs and features, updates for some javascript libs.
- Internal file transfers are now 3-5x faster.
- A bug was fixed that led to deleted files that were incorrectly recognized during a synchronization.
- Bitcoin withdrawals are now confirmed directly by the network. No more waiting for days, an error with the fees has been fixed.
- In the past few weeks all our servers have been migrated & replaced, old servers have been removed.
- File integrity check was integrated. Videos with errors (e.g. video stops at one point because frame errors are present) that have accumulated over the years will be automatically sorted out in the coming weeks. Files will be checked automatically on a regular basis in the future. The status of the last check is stored in the file properties.

Hi, the subtitles are not intercepted through JDownloader with the new player. Is an issue related to the fact that it is in beta or there is something else, jdownloader side for example? Can you verify? Thanks

If the video player shows the subtitles, but external programs don't load them, it's not our problem, because we don't offer support for external software.

:thumbsup:We have integrated many new servers today, so now there are fast videos even at busy times.
