Yes seems like we had a encoding issue on one of the server, fixed it for now

My files are also stuck in conversion stage. If they are uploaded 3 days ago is there any chances to get converted or it's better to delete them?

Better to delete and re-up. my files been stuck for 5 days now

We had few users who clogged some of our encoding resources with many un-popular files. I have given them a warning now and will take further action if it effect users in the future.
