Indonesia, If a long video starts within 30 seconds and loads more than 7 times in the middle, I assume the video is buffering. I'm using 100 Mbps Wi-Fi and an ISP, so it should be smooth with minimal buffering. I watch YouTube smoothly, there is no loading at all.
 
after using this host for more than a month i notice first he shaves a lot compared to other hosts + there is a lot of virus that my antivirus keep warning, and the videos don't work most of the time by displaying the message the media could not be loaded, that's it i'll stop using this host until maybe he makes changes in the future

Hello,
We see no issues with network. Anyway Indonesia network is not the best to our servers. We will try to optimize it.

You are free to use other hosts, anyway if possible please send us screenshot with these virus warnings and we will look into this.
"The media cloud" error is also strange. please send us example of videos.
