View User Banned ?

where I see users who are banned? ^o)

IP Based Access or Utilities doesn't shows banned users. It shows all users with ips which you have banned through admin panel manually not the banned users

To view all banned users, Go to Admin CP -> Users -> Search for users
Just check the banned checkbox and search. You will get all banned users
