Usually the smaller amounts get paid first. Most hosts pay twice a month - at Beginning/End of Month or 15th (Middle) of month.
So don't expect immediate payment 4 days after you requested it.
Admin hasn't been active in a long time (last login June 20), so if you're having an issues, you have to wait to get them resolved.
I have stopped using this host for this exact reason. Over 2 months of no communication or any sort of reply.
