What ? We don't have any such download manager on our site, nor we force any plugin to be installed to watch videos.

Explain exactly whats the issue ? Your "user" must have clicked some banner and went to a "3rd party" site to install it.

If its something else, send me more details/steps to replicate this.

isn't it possible..to dlete those ads..i mean is a free host and that's fine (your earning is from ads)...but you're already enforcing to watch a spot before the video..but those things are pretty much annoying
