Remote upload is not working files are stuck on pending has been like this for over 12 hours now, please fix it thanks.

Remote Upload is stuck on pending again, can you fix it & while your at it fix or reply to contact us as I don't want to come here to have to contact you when there is problems with your site it's very annoying.
