I think host has been around for quite long time but failed to be picked up by big uploaders or make otherwise any "streaming noise". IDK, it still seems here but this looks like to me the kind of host that can go down and disappear any time now.
Besides site build, other stuff... Not to offend anyone but it looks quite basic.
I would be very careful if I used it or decided to send big traffic.
