Again......The upload is failing 9 times on 10, encodings are taking days to complete and some videos don't even go to convert queue and yet don't play .. all of these led to a massive drop on views.....

It looks like our main database server is under huge pressure or some kind of small ddos which is making database slower and everything is slow and failing. Resources are free, we recently upgraded streaming and encoding servers. Not much can be done right now as its weekend, we'll try to get some kind of firewall on monday or upgrade our main database server.

This is definitely a configuration error of yours, which several hosters have, please increase your webserver (you have nginx) the client_max_body_size to 12GB, because you allow 12GB uploads.

@Onload Hi, The problem with server error 413 still exists, have you changed it on all upload servers, and have you also made sure that it will be applied directly to new upload servers?

Problem is due to main database server and we are in process to upgrade it, but server company keep delaying it servers and converter are fine.
