Posts about fast payment allover the thread. But I do not get any fast. It is only the minimum amount. Took long time to reach it

Hey Onload,

Great site you have there, upload & conversion speeds are very fast.

Just a couple of issues regarding the Snapshot image. You allow us to upload our own custom "Snapshot Image" on the upload page, but then on the video player you use the Thumbnail image as the cover image. I am wondering if it is possible to change this to use our custom Snapshot image?

Secondly, there appears to be a bug when you go to "Edit Video > Change Snapshot" and try to upload a new image - it throws an error.

Otherwise, Vidlox looks like a great host. If you can get these issues sorted I'd be happy to use and promote your site.

Thanks for your feedback. Uploading custom snapshot should change your video player's main image. atleast thats how we want it to work or its suppose to work. I'll tomorrow once we are in office check this snapshot thing with my tech guy and make sure it works how it suppose to work and get back to you.
