Only error i am seeing is on videos which are not encoded yet, maybe you are checking videos just after you upload them ? Please wait 5-7 minutes so they can get encoded+ transferred to new server. So far, i have not yet received any url which shows error. I've checked video file from multiple locations.
Multiple people reporting this, sounds like there can be a issue, i will ask my team to check why and when this happens. Sorry guys.

I'll get it checked but like i said, solution can be done only for the problems, when there is no problem i am seeing, i am not sure what solution to apply. Google cross domain error and you will see it comes cause crossdomain.xml file needs to be in server root, its there. There is no other solution.
Please give me screenshot of issue + screenshot of any of your viewers reporting this issue. Its easy to blame a error for your low earning, Our top earner made $125 yesterday, now ? He don't report anything ?

Problem you are saying it not related to account, its related to site functionally, its not racist that it will work for some and does not work for some. I myself not have seen any cross domain issue.
Please clear your cache + flush your DNS.

Did you cleared cache and cookies from your browser?
If you don´t use Chrome, i will recommend you to try with it. I am using with chrome, and never any uploads problems.

it's not browser related, I see I don't have any more disk space... another host goes to the trash because of this eh, they have no idea how much traffic they loose on me :D
