Approximately after changing the player, the video plays very slowly. And now it doesn't work at all. Only very small videos play but every few seconds it loads.

All my preview/thumbnails/posters aren't working, just a black player, any chance of "re processing" my videos? Doesn't really entice people to view the videos like this.
 
I really wish the multi quality worked properly, sometimes my videos dont even encode and just give error.

Hello,

Just want to let you know guys that since our servers are overloaded right now, expect a slow upload and video playback. We are still waiting from our server provider with the servers that we ordered.
