no, I don't think it's solved because I still can't log in, it always says "User not found", so I hope they resolve it as soon as possible and at least reply...
 
Hello,

We are aware of the issue. One of our main server has a disk issue on it and we are already working with our server provider to get it fixed. One of our tech has temporarily fixed the issue but we want it to get fixed so the issue won't ever comeback again.
 
@VidGuard Thank you for your reply and for updating us on the problem, we look forward to you being able to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Can you tell us if something has been lost or if as soon as you solve the problem everything will go back to the way it was before?
 
We made a backup of our database a couple hours ago. If something went wrong, we might need the backup and lost some of your recently uploaded videos. But we are trying our best not let that happened. And a few minutes of maintenance might happen.
 
Well, if at most the only problem that can arise is losing only the latest uploaded files, it doesn't seem like such a big problem to me, if by recent files we mean the files uploaded in the last 24 or 48 hours, we will reload them if necessary, but of course in any case we hope that everything goes well and that there are therefore no problems, in any case we wait confidently and thanks again for the updates, we hope to see the resolution of the problem soon to return to using our favorite host.
