Our servers seems to be doing fine and not overloaded. Upload should work the best since it uses CDN. We have already contacted them but I still received no response.

The files are uploaded to the site very slowly. I hope to solve the problem, because when uploading a 2 GB file, it takes a period of up to 10 minutes. When uploading more than one file, it will be a big problem, and the upload takes a longer period.

There will be a new update on zoom and the settings for your ads are on your affiliate settings.
Dashboard -> Settings -> Affiliate Settings.

That makes sense. We were hoping to help our users with our remote API by making the ID of the remote as the output of the video name but, we were wrong.
