If I upload a file with 75-80 minutes, and a free user see the video during the 72 free minutes it will count 72 minutes, or count nothing because the user don't see all the video?

Some clarification: I were uploaded some videos I posted on my forum and have received several requests but when I see the counter in VideoManager the number of views is very low and not instead trova.I gains are correct and 'normal?
