Videohost with mp4 converting

i´m searching videohosting services for iphone videos which convert video to mp4 format, not flv format. I know: streamcloud.eu
Do you know other videohosters, they can be also xfilesharing scripts?

yourupload is pretty good, also most of the xfilesharing ones use mp4
