I believe YT has similar method except it is not saved to the account. We do not have a 3rd party revenue stream of sharing between one and another. Maybe later can build this~
Megavideo also deleted there rewards program and paid no one.. So, using them as an example isn't great. Youtube has nothing like that at all, you can add videos to a playlist and if the original uploader is partnered the ads will still be on the videos and the original creator will get the revenue for it because Google knows sharing is caring and the original uploader should get the commission unless someone manually reuploads there video.

I think what Dinny said should be easy implementation.. I mean your player checks to see if the person is premium when they view the video to know whether or not to stop at 72mins so also checking to see if the video should have a "add to your account" button would be cake something like this in your player code "&premiumadd=0 (or 1)"

All I'm saying is that it's something you should take into consideration and your premium uploaders(the ones who actually make you money) would be much happier.
