If you don't want to host videos from your own website you can even use some shared hosting, just make sure you find company that won't block you if you start having 1k visitors daily.

VPS would be sure enough for this kind of website.

With plugin that we offer with theme you can grab thumbnails from following sites: youtube, metacafe, vimeo, dailymotion, redtube.

I see in previous post you also mentioned phpmyvideoblog. phpmyvideoblog also can grab thumbnails from websites they support.
For rest of videos that you embed manually you will have to upload thumb or link to one.

I didn't buy because my script and present theme are not getting thumbnails from videos from pornhub.
Cannot find the problem.
