Hiring Video promotion for mobile application

I need someone who is an expert in Adobe After Effects who can make a video promotion for me, the video will include:

1) Videos recorded from my application, i'll prove them to you and you need to place them on a tablet "nexus 7" screen and a mobile screen "nexus 5".
2) You will got from my the text that will be displayed for every scene from the video.
3) I'll provide the music/soundtrack for the video.
4) Video length will be approx. 1 min.
5) It's better if you can do it an animation video.
6) The resolution of the video must be HD.
7) I want something that it's suitable for an educational application.
8) No copy-paste from other templates, copy-writes apply here.
9) Once you got the information from me you have maximum 48 hours to deliver it to me.
