Video conversion

My video A is of very very good quality and proper format for my mobile. How can I convert video B into same format as of video A ?

I tried that rareayush, but it didn't help. The encoded video does have video, only audio is left.

I got my work done. I just changed the video size instead of changing everything which was not working.
