Upload speed is 2mbits here, super slow.

Also the queue is catastrophic, i am waiting over 30 mins to post the videos but i cant cause its queued, how many months will i have to wait, the speed also dropped to 1.5mbits

That would be permanent unless you tell what you upload, your traffic

Try not upload at peak time, about queue, you can tell me your username, maybe a small limit is put on your account

I upload daily 10 videos, why would you limit my account, all together i upload like 2gbytes of stuff maybe less, also it has been 2 hours and it is still queued....
 
Is there currently a problem with uploading via API? There's no problem when uploading through the browser, but when I try with the API, the speed is very low. My upload speed is 1 Gbps, but when I upload via API, I get speeds like 8 mb/s.

No, we use same servers for API as on web

Everyone asked us to increase rate for tier 1 to 40$ why not 42$, we'll monitor the situation if there is no problem, the rate for tier will remain at 42$ otherwise a bit lower



Now we're thinking to Rank Indonesia to tier 3 only if we see a little more increase in Indonesia traffic

Now thats a good response, anyhow out of 10 videos i upped yesterday i got this morning finally processed only 8 and 2 errors, also the speed of upload gone up now cause its morning maybe and you are right about peek time but thats something you should fix also and not telling me to do now or then or i dont know when. Now i upped 2 videos and i wait for the queue for 10 mins already and now its not a peek time...
 
Now that you are here, here are real time stats, maybe you can fix something, i deleted the two files which i was waiting for a whole day to come out of queue and i reuploaded them but before that i disabled conversion, is that gonna help with the speed of processing a file, since i would like to upload some files but i dont know when its a good time for your server to do that and it would be nice if you would tell me when is that time and take notice that i am from europe, thanks.

Most videos i see get played instantly, i don't understand why you don't want to give username to further investigate this. i also see the devs is now checking the problem carefully, but to help them they will need your username, they notice one bug but to fully resolve it, we kindly ask for username
