Yes of course, we have script running retrying every process if they are stuck, error is impossible to retry as their original file get lost from the server
 
The encoded file looks great... you can see the high bitrate...

Looks like setup error. and why don't you use 0% mode having one tag from us and put your own ads, you can put 8 because 7 is our limit

the devs are aware of this, they are working to fix it

Why theres not 4 pops, but 7-9?
  • Low ads – our 100% earning option uses only 4 pop ads
Im okay with 4 pops, but not 9 and not playable video.
