I am apologising to my DragonHost clients that have our Offshore | Shared Hosting packages.

It has come to my intention that payments you made have been sent to a wrong paypal address. Now this has caused some hassle with my side due to suspending your account's regarding this matter.

Our steps to follow this are rather simple.

1. Log into paypal cancel the payment to Jay.Holle@btinternet.com

2. Go here: http://dragonhost.org/billing/cart.php Select your package and register a new account.

3. Use coupon code "Xmas" to get 40% for the problems DragonHost has caused today.

4. Account's will be un-suspended once you have paid.

The promotion code applies to all the services that are bought from Value to Business.

Once again I am sorry about this.

Best Regards,
Jamie Holle

Raymond your wrong, 7 of my clients have said they cancelled I even contacted Paypal themselves and even they confirmed that our clients need to just press cancel.

This hosting looks like a scam from the beggining

 I said if they make a payment to a valid paypal account. Since their is no paypal account registered with that email people can cancel. :|

So you entered the wrong paypal address in your WHMCS and then suspended people after they paid there invoices

Great host :P

You should be marking the invoices as paid not suspending

Jamie - Point customers to this thread if they haven't already cancelled their payment to that paypal email address. It's very odd of you to use a PayPal email address that you don't have access to, you're dealing with money here!
