A paypal Account which i can use I have my friends one account with $600 now that account is limited so i cant transfer or withdraw money they want address verifcation for that i have to ask my friend but he is too busy So i need one account for me and in future if paypal make limited this account, from whom i buy this account he will provied address verifcation paper
and need PayPal Debit Card
So that i can withdraw from ATM
