I'm pending since 7th. I know the old owner was planning to sell up but the buyer backed out.

AFAIK it's still the original owner in charge of VF.

The guy who was going to buy it said that the original owner told him he would refuse to pay out on any accounts with DMCA. The would be owner was refusing to take on these liabilities so sale fell through.

Have you contacted them via the site. I was going to. If there are lots of people mailing them & geting no response probably no point though.
