i want to know how it works etc do u pay for it lifetime mothly yearly etc and what are the benifits in paypal etc +dealers etc good trusted cheap etc if u are one plz comment

VCC= it's used to verify your paypal account bro.. though it has an expiry date but its in 7-11 months.. but its only 15$ so its kinda worth it..

How it works: you will buy a VCC from someone or from me, Will give you 16 digits credit card number , 3 Digits Security Number, Expiry Date. (Within 24 hrs)
