VCC verified paypal and hostings

I want to buy a reseller account and start selling host to friends. But the problem is that host only accept paypal. I have a paypal account, but is verified with VCC for 3 months. Anyway, my last paypal was blocked because base country was france, and I was accessing it from another country, so they asked for proof of address.

Now I verified the account with vcc and base country is my country. What are the risks of being blocked?

if you are who you say you are. Then you shouldn't have a problem.
If your under the age of 18. That's when you start experiencing issues.

I am 21 years old, php developer. I have just upgraded my paypal account to premier, because someone told me that if you accept payments as personal, you get blocked. So now I have merchant tools too. It has real address, only is verified with vcc. if they ask for proof of address I send them my passport.

If your 21. Get Identification.
premier accounts get blocked as much as personal accounts.
Get a credit card.
open a bank account.
add them to your paypal.

then you should have no problems.

I have a cc, but they say has been used. and my account is 2 months old.
