To be honest dude you haven't a hope of getting a custom skin for that price. That's about the going rate for a logo or a header image.

A premium skin (nice skin but not unique) will set you back between $20 - $70 while a unique skin will cost from $100 for a decent one all the way up to a couple of hundred for an insane one.

I think you'll even struggle to find a premium one for $10.
