vBSEO consuming high cpu

My vbseo.php consuming high cpu and I am using vBSEO 3.5.2 in vB 3.8.6 forum.How can I fix this

Thats Why i love vB4, they have some nice features including url re-write.
any wayz, change the host or get your self a vps. if you can't do any thing, upgrade to vB4 and make a custom .htaccess to redirect all your links to the new ones.

Even on a virtual server he will still have a high load imo

What is your current load has your host told you how much you are using ?

well i talked to him on messenger, and he decided that he'll upgrade to vB4, cause in the future he will have to remove vBSEO cause of the high load, so why not do it now.
