Valid opensource alternative to Cpanel?

Do you know about a valid alternative (opensource) to Cpanel?
i've found kloxo and openpanel project, but no impression about them..

The Webmin and the kloxo is the great alternative to cPanel.

I'd honestly advise against trying to find a cpanel alternative.

Plesk, Cpanel or DA.

Your going to pay a bit but long term it'll be worth it.
