Logo is also very good
I saw u have nice plans for premium accounts...
But honestly u need to attract uploaders by offering them money,bcoz now days uploaders only upload for money.No classic uploaders are thr nowdays.
I suggest If u can manage to provide both file host and image host,it will be good [dont know technically its possible or not]

I don't want to bash you but I am 100% that you're going to fail running a file host.
There's a few requirements to get a succesfull file host and i'm not sure if you have them all?
First of all, you have to offer something for your uploaders or you'll hardly find anyone that's going to use uuom.
What download speeds are you offering to the downloaders?
The site is very simple, simpleness is probably the best, well in most cases it is.
Keep it simple, avoid adding any kind of ads which will only make the users click the red X button up to the right.
I like the upload in progress bar, I also like the multiple outcomes.
I have a few features to request; When there's an image upload, could it be an outcome for viewing the thumbnail of the image? Both bb and html? Also a feature to upload .nfo files that's converting into .png.
You can remove the "sponsor" until you actually have a sponsor.
It looks kinda weird to have the sponsor text when you don't have any sponsor for uuom yet.
I want to wish you good luck with your file hosting, but you shouldn't aim at the larger group in the early stages.
Try to focus getting users from different forums you're at or spread the link to your friends and if they're happy with the file host they will definately spread the word.
