Due to the public holiday on next Tuesday. Our payout will be delayed to Jan27 (FRI).
As usual, we will approve all of the Transfer Requests the day before which means Jan26, and make the payment within Jan27. Sorry for any inconvenience occurred.

Signed up for a free account with Userporn 3 weeks ago and have so far uploaded over 200 videos with minimal problems. Have just signed up for this forum (although I would never consider myself a webmaster) as I want a reply to the questions I sent directly to UP. I was asked to reply to previous replies rather than sending new emails from the site but now it seems I am being ignored completely. I'm not looking to make money doing this, I have a proper job, I just want a free home for my collection.

1) I would like to know why I have files still being reviewed after 17 days? I appreciate I am not the only uploader on the planet but this seems excessive, if they are not going to be approved when might they will let me know?

2) After a lengthy upload process the avatar has failed although the particular file is fine, is there a way to fix the avatar without re-uploading?

3) How do I get my uploads on the front pages of the site? This is probably the million dollar question and highly secretive but worth asking I guess, especially when I have up'd my first 2hr plus video to the site and it does not appear on any of the search pages

4) Despite videos appearing in my account and being available to watch I have innumerable videos which do not appear when they are searched for by 3rd parties, WHY????

Many thanks in advance to whomever can enlighten me and apologies if I sound like an inexperienced amateur but I am, we all have to learn somewhere.
