Been like that since December 23rd/24th......

And the fact that the admin doesn't even have the respect to show his face in his own thread and give the users an explanation.... it's just appaling.

Users used and trusted this host, relied on it with their files, and the admin..... has nothing to say to anyone.

Hasn't even stepped foot in here.

Complete lack of respect and professionalism!!
 
hi team... the last 2023-01-16 i required a payment on my tubeload account, but it's been a week and i still havent recieved the payment... i know you are legit, cuz i've been working with you for over a year... but i want to know when my payment will be done

i was interest in this service use but now i see so many dissatisfied users,wow man not only userload go down last month but admin stop suport in his own thread,no update toward users and not only that but now payments also late like ppl say above? thats really huge disrespect and he probably plan disappear soon with his other host as well, guys why do u even continue work for this guy, he obv no respect, delay payment so long (he say in official rule he must pay in one week max) and he not even respect you enough and not say anything, pls respect your self and stop work for this rude scammer
 
Can you say since when your payment was pending and was it BTC or something else?
BTW, I have also noticed that userload is back - I think admin said once that all files were safe. Maybe he has backup or something and still working on it cause he hasn't announced it yet - but I guess we'll see, let's just wait.
I hope filles will be back, if not, then I hope at least he'll manage to raise the rates especially for Tier 1 to $35 or to $40, like tubeload and redload.

I've noticed that many movies don't work, but some do. you could add a red dot next to movies that don't work, it would make segregation easier.

Do you guys have files back intact on userload? Do they show up in file manager regardless whether they work or not?
I seem to have 0 files in my manager, that's really strange.
