I got this email from them when asked about the banning:

"
Userload.co never gave us the requested API access. Other users want
bookmarking support for userload.co but we cannot grant it until we get
API access. Thanks for your patience!

@parashare is there anything on your end that can be done?
 
I ALREADY SEND to them to explain to me what type of request so i can build it they have simple message we want api this not the answer they should explain to me what type of request they need so their paid user should see video without ads

Yeah they are not very good at communicating, but please keep trying.
And if it's possible and not too much work, let us know if the same thing is done on tubeload.co which I see is your new project and looks good!
Also keep us updated here, some other hosts have same problem so I'm curious how the situation will develop.
