Hi. I noticed that your server is capable of recognizing my ip when I watch my video by myself. So I want to ask, can I download my videos by myself through the download function in the user control panel? Could this lead to my account banned? I just want to back up my video data in case your server goes down like aparat and clipwatching
 
Hey Man!

I have a bit of an issue my file manager page wont load it keeps getting stuck on the "processing" purple box.

At this point it will not load at all. I initially thought it was my laptop as it worked on my other one but now its like it on all my devices?

Any Chance you can take a look and see what could be causing it ?

Just want to Give a massive shout out to @parashare and to Userload...

Firstly and without mentioning other hosts here, this host I fully believe isn't shaving views. I am getting at minimum 3x the views I have at other video hosts I have tried the past months.

Secondly today I had a bit of a display issue with my file manager, which was preventing me being able to work... Not only did the Admin communicate directly and in detail, he worked though each step to help fix the issue, never complaining once even though the issue was due to an error on my part in not checking something, it would have been the easiest option for the admin to just delete all the files I have uploaded this week (which I even offered he do), instead he insisted and found the file that happened to be causing the exact issue and fixed it, really going above and beyond what I must say any host has done before for me at any company in the past.

You can all reply I am "kissing ass" or was "asked to write this" if you want (I know people love to think that) but I just wanted to point out something good someone has done for me today, when usually I feel left in the cold or often ignored by some hosts I have worked with.

Hi I requested payout in bitcoin like 3 days ago but the status is still pending. I tried sending an email to the support group but so far there hasn't been a reply. How can I solve this?
