I have fixed the ftp issue now. If you have a DNS cache you can temporarily use ftptmp.usefile.com as host

We are also fixing one file server and download counter should be back to normal in few hrs. this update will give users more stable speeds.

Wmz payments will be sent in the next hour.

Download counter is wrong since yesterday. Very inaccurate counting. This issue must end now!

The issue with counter is because we have ongoing maintainance on one server (See casanova9's post). We will re-enable this server in the next 2 to 3 hours time.

Really nice support.

Few Days ago i asked usefile via PM if it's possible to pay Premium with Webmoney. 2 days later he answered me and gave me the WMZ-Purse and wrote after payment he will upgrade my Account then manually.

So i bought yesterday via WMZ Premiumaccount and still in Freeuser-Mode, and i send him directly the payment information via PM.

And then this

Last Activity Today 09:04 AM but still no upgrade, no answer to my PM.

Thats really Userfriendly, getting the money and then do nothing.
