US, UK, German or Romania Server?

Im doing survey for buying dedicated server with this spec:

16GB RAM
Intel i7
1Gbps full duplex

I found a few location, US, UK, German and Romania. So which one is better for running premium link generator site? Here is list premium account supported by my site
